Безработният път навън – Тренинг в Естония

Under the leadership of Estonian UNESCO Youth Association (EUYA) and with the financial support of EC programme „Youth in Action“, an international youth training course „(Ex)Change Your Masks“ was carried out in Värska, Estonia in August—September 2011. The training gathered young job-seekers and youth workers from the European countries where the rate of unemployment is extremely high for 6-day event. The main aspiration of the training course was to improve the participants’ social skills, their flexibility and sense of initiative, so as to promote opportunities of entrepreneurship in a more broad perspective. The main principle taught at the training was „do-it-yourself“.
